Delivery & returns

Delivery information for UK workwear orders, local collection from Uxbridge and guidance on returns for plain and personalised items.

UK delivery options

Delivery options and prices are shown during checkout before you place your order. Current delivery options include:

  • UK Standard Delivery: £5.99
  • Free UK delivery on eligible orders over £99 ex VAT
  • Free local collection from our Uxbridge address

Delivery availability may depend on the order, address, products selected and checkout eligibility rules.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is usually estimated at 4–7 working days for many orders. Personalised workwear orders may take longer because artwork preparation, embroidery, printing and production time may be required.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing the order so we can advise what may be possible.

Local collection

If local collection is available for your order, you can collect from our Uxbridge address once your order is ready. Please wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.

Returns for plain garments

Plain, non-customised garments may be eligible for return within 28 days if they are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition with original packaging, labels and tags where applicable.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return details and provide the correct return instructions. Returns and refunds are normally processed within 5 working days of receiving your item.

Customised and personalised items

Customised and personalised items are generally non-returnable and cannot usually be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly.

Please check sizes, colours, spelling, artwork, logo placement and order details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where helpful.

We will review the issue and advise the next step. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to request a return

To request a return, email sales@classworkwear.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay the return being processed.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or style, we may ask you to place a new order once the return has been reviewed.
